Conveniently located near the train station and a great value for the price. The check-in process was efficient and the staff was friendly. The room was clean, cozy, and had all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

The check-out process was a bit unpleasant as the staff member was not very welcoming or accommodating. the hotel facilities were average at best, and did not offer any particularly outstanding amenities or services.

Convenient transportation, spacious and clean room, family-friendly accommodation, and nearby local restaurants and pastry shops make this hotel an excellent choice for staying.

Guests can easily try out local restaurants and pastry shops nearby. the hotel offers clean and spacious rooms, complete with bidet toilet and raised floor bathroom. the front desk staff provides efficient check-in and luggage holding service.

One downside is that the staff did not give out codes for onsen/spa facilities to guests automatically.

the location was perfect , it was just a short walk away from the train station, making it ideal for travelers. the staff were incredibly helpful, offering to hold my luggage until my room was available. They also provided me with helpful information about the local area and made recommendations for places to visit.
